Water Testing
Is the water test really free?

What happens during the visit?
A water specialist tests a sample of your home’s water, walks you through the results and explains the treatment options that fit your home. If a system makes sense, we’ll recommend one — the decision is always yours.
Will you try to sell me something?
We’re upfront about it: El Paso Pure Water Co. offers water treatment solutions. After testing, we’ll explain your options and may recommend a system. There’s no pressure and no obligation.
Do I need to be home?
Yes. We ask that the homeowner be present so we can review the results together and answer your questions.
Are you part of El Paso Water (the city utility)?
No. El Paso Pure Water Co. is an independent, locally owned water treatment company. We are not affiliated with El Paso Water or any government agency.
Water Systems
What’s the difference between a water softener and a water conditioner?
A water softener removes hardness minerals, usually through ion exchange. A water conditioner changes how hardness minerals behave to help reduce scale, often without removing them. Which approach fits depends on your water and your goals — that’s what the test is for.
Do I need whole-home treatment or a drinking water system?
Whole-home treatment covers all the water entering your house — showers, laundry, appliances and every tap. A drinking water system gives you dedicated treated water at the kitchen sink. Many homeowners choose both.
Is there a warranty?
